"I had the pleasure of working with Emily as I sold my sister's house. I have worked with other agents in past years buying and selling houses. However, Emily stands out as the best that I have had the opportunity in the process from start to finish. She is very positive and energetic. She kept us informed with bi-weekly and daily updates of listing price, showings, any and all offers. "There is no better realtor than Emily Wagner.Emily and her team are brilliant, and more importantly compassionate and patient. We had one of those occurrences that if something could happen it would. Ranging from a volatile market availability, interest rate fluctuations significantly changing our budget, to the more severe challenges of other realtors trying and failing to steal our earnest money and the weirdest one of all, an illegal lien discovered during the loan process. Through it all, Emily didn't stumble, she provided us non-stop support (and if i'm being totally honest, emotional support too LOL). After well over a year, we finally found our home and closed. Emily continued to support us even after close. Emily did not try to force us into anything we weren't comportable with (which is an experience we've had with other realtors). She gave us her honest opinion and walked what is the fine line of realtor wanting to sell and realtor wanting to do right by their customer better than any other. We've been through the gamut and couldn't be happier that we discovered Emily and that she was our realtor throughout the process. There isn't a single person that could have done it better, nor made it more enjoyable. Our first house visit included an incredibly thoughtful gift for our children to keep them occupied.She also is well versed in the industry as a whole and has an excellent referral network.All and all, I don't think we'll ever go with another realtor. It was also clear that EXP as a company supported Emily through the process as well."

"Emily was amazing to work with! This was my husband and I's first time buying a home and we knew nothing about the process when we started. Emily guided us every step of the way. She was always open and clear with communication. In the off chance that Emily couldn't be there for us, she made sure to have someone else available should we need them. Emily has a lot of patience for people like us who are indecisive and afraid to make the leap. We never felt pressured or pushed into anything we didn't want to do. Emily took care of us each time we went looking for houses. She provided us with the MLS details, snacks, waters, scheduled breaks in between bookings, and even made sure we had time to stop for dinner or lunch if we were going to be out all day. She was very flexible with our schedule as most of the time we were driving in from Fredericksburg after work. I highly recommend Emily as a realtor. She was so knowledgeable about everything and has such and upbeat sunshiney personality. She was wonderful to work with and if we ever have to buy another house again, we will definitely go through Emily."
